Sorry to hear that you are having trouble syncing the activity. We are not able to replicate this right now. As a result, it could be that there is something odd in the data it is trying to sync. If the problem persists please email a GPX version of the activity to support [at] and we can upload it for you.

You can email the activity direct from the app. First go to your History then find the activity then go to share it be email. This will send a GPX file to any email address.
