Did it again. Pls edit my activity.

Petri — Apr 28, 2015 06:26PM BST

I don't know how I managed to screw it up again, but I just know it won't be the last time.
Please edit the time on that activity and as a hint please add an editing tool to the app. I know I'm not the only moron using it. Well, I hope I'm not.
And also, can the times be edited on the iPhone app too?

Thanks again?

There was a rogue data point from the next day. This has been removed and a new activity has been added to your profile.
Hope that helps.

Why is it saying the distance is only 0.31km while it should be something like 17km? Also the route on the map is wrong.
In my iPhone the route is correct but the distance and the activity time is wrong.
Today the app crashed when I got home from cycling so today's achievements is 0, however when I log on it's there.
So on computer everything is pretty muck ok, except that May 3.

A bit too much problems with the app so far.

You are able to save activities on the website back to your phone if you need to. This is done by opening the app's menu then tap on your screen name at the top of the menu. This will load your online activities. From this list you can tap on any of the icons with three dots to Download the route.

I'll send you a version of the activity that you can upload to the site by email.

Got the correct version and uploaded it to my site. So there everything seems to be ok.

There seems to be one more incorrect activity time. This one says almost 49 hours, while it should be something like 56 minutes.

And my iPhone app is just messed up. May 3 activity distance is 20.0km and activity time 23:35:19. When I check it on the site the distance is 20.1km and time 01:06:42.
Yesterdays activity is missing on my phone. It does not exist.

Should I just delete everything from my phone and if so can I sync the data from the website to the phone?
By clicking the three tabs the phone does absolutely nothing. It gives me a few choices, but I'm really not sure what to do next.

Sorry for a headache.

As for your question in email, I think I use live tracking, if I understood what you meant.

It does sound like you should delete the app and reinstall it. When you do you will lose all the activities recorded on the phone so please ensure you have synced everything to the website first.

You can download any of the synced activities back to the phone. To do this first open up the newly installed app then open the menu and tap on your screen name (the top line of the menu). This will list all the activities you have synced online. From there you can tap on the three dot button to download the activity.

I hope that helps.

I deleted the app, reinstalled it and managed to sync the data pack to the phone.
I think everything is as good as it gets.

Thanks for all the help!
