KML (Google Earth) Export Format

Ken Taylor — Dec 29, 2011 09:41AM GMT

This is a continuation of the thread at asking for power, heart rate and cadence in exported data.

Your KML (Google Earth) export format contains no timing data. Adding timing data allows you to do nice stuff with Google Earth. KML can also include power, cadence and heart rate. Therefore; for the power, cadence and heart rate can you please use the format in the Google Earth example at . I want to use this data to make videos like this , ideally for the Tour Down Under.

We have now added support for cadence, HR and power to the KML export of each activity. You can download the KML file for any activity by first opening the activity then Actions > Export.

If you need any other export options please let us know.
