Synchronization failed with Samsung Galaxy S4 - June 2015

Hello,

I try to sync with website my several tracks with (public/private) however this message appears:

" Activity sync failed. Please try again"

What should I do? Right now I'm sharing it by email with support@mapmytracks.com so that they upload it for me.. however I do not want to do it again and again.. it should not be like that!

Are you still experiencing this issue. All our tests right now sync correctly.

Another issue that would affect syncing is if you have changed your login credentials. Please ensure that the username and password you are using to log into the app are the same as the website. Most of the time they will be but if you have changed your password at any stage you will need to log out of the app then back in again.
