inconsistent and missing saved runs; incorrect stats regarding a run; app 'crashing'

I have an Apple iPhone 5S - 16 GB - iOS is 8.4. I am using MMT-OutFront 4.0.2 The last was update to this version was July 15, 2015, Since then app has seemingly kept my run stats up to the point where I try to save it. This is where the inconsistent and missing run stats are not saved. Sometimes it is an endless white screen with the 'save' icon showing it's saving but it never gets past that point, regardless of how long I leave it 'saving'. Or the app will quit unexpectedly or a run will appear in the History a couple of days later with the date of my last run but with incorrect stats for the run... elapsed time is wrong by 13 or 14 hours... things like this. Help... love the app but am not a big fan of your updates.. please correct this or provide me some insight as to what the issue is. thank you.

The behaviour you have described has been reported before and we aimed to fix that in the last update.

I will report this back to the dev team to ensure we can revisit this and release an update shortly.

Having had a chat about this problem with the dev team one option you should try is to fully delete the app from your phone and then download it again from the App Store.

This should give you a fresh start but be aware that it will delete your history of activities on the phone.

So before deleting the app please ensure you have backed up all the activities to your online profile. This can be done by syncing each activity online before deleting the app.

You are able to download the activities back to your phone once you have the new version installed by tapping on your profile name in the top of the menu then from there you can download each activity back to the phone.
