App Crashes on iOS 9 and iOS 9.0.1

Sergey — Sep 25, 2015 10:53PM BST

App crashes shortly after tracking starts. You can resume tracking by reopening the app. Is this a known issue?

Thanks for letting us know of the issue. We have applied a fixed and issued an update to Apple. We hope that they will review and release the update within the next five days. Sorry for the hassle.

Will this new update also fix the "synchronization failure" that is occurring when I try to sync my routes to mapmytracks.com?

A sync failure may be caused by a mismatch of your password between the app and website. It would be worth checking that the password used in the app is correct. This problem can come about if you have changed your password on the website. To check this first log out of the app then log back in again using the credentials you know work on the website.

I hope that helps.

Just a quick note to confirm that OutFront V4.2 is available to download from the App Store. This build includes a fix for an issue that was introduced by iOS9.

Let me know if you continue to experience any problems.
