Uploading from iPhone (wifi only) to App on PC

I did my first bike ride and recorded it on my iPhone. This phone is not on any phone network but only used as a device with a wifi connection.
I have both offline google maps and the MapMyTracks app installed on the device and it did a good job of recording the ride.
Also I've activated my account on the PC and logged in.
But I am at a low how to upload the ride map and statistics onto the computer. I have both wifi as well as being having the iPhone currently wired to the pc. But I can't figure out how to upload.
Suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks for using Map My Tracks.
To upload your activity to your Map My Tracks account online, you can "sync" it after your ride. To do this, find the activity in the History section of the app and tap on the button with 3 dots. Choose "Sync with website" from the menu and select either "Public" or "Private". Once the sync is complete, your activity should appear in your online profile.
If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Thanks and regards,
