You can contact us at where we can help you out.

If you subscribed through the app then you need to make sure you cancel the subscription with either Apple or Google. They control the subscription payment for in-app purchases.

If you subscribed through the website then you can go to Settings > Account billing to cancel payments.

In either case, do get in touch with the details and we'll help out.
