Getting started with the Map My Tracks Step Counting and Calorie Tracker is simple.

Once the app has been downloaded there are some basic settings needed to get the most out of the app.

To edit your settings tap on the profile icon in the top left corner of the dashboard. Then tap on the settings icons and set the following:
  1. Set you weight - Choose between KGs or LBs
  2. Set your age
  3. Set your gender
  4. Set your units - Choose how you want your distances measured
  5. Set your historical goal level - this will determine what daily goal will be applied to your Health app history data. 

While you're making changes to settings you can also select the character you would like to use in the app. Choose from three different styles to suit your mood.
