Once a race/route has been created you can add a map and set markers. The map is displayed to spectators and the route data can be downloaded by participants to use in their GPS tracking devices during the event.
A map can be added by plotting it using the mapping tools or uploading a GPX file of the route. If the event is not based on a route then add any relevant markers.
If the event has no official route and no markers then simply focus the map on the general area of the event and this will be used when presenting the event to online spectators.
To upload a GPX route
Click on the Upload GPX link.
Then browse to the GPX file on your local computer and click Upload. This will import the route data and present it on the map. Additional markers can be added if needed.
Once ready click on Done to complete the set up of the race or choose to Add another race. This allows you to repeat the process and add another route/map for the same event.
